I offer flexible options for working together, tailored to your unique needs. Typically, coaching is short term work and spans 2 to 6 months, with bundles and payment plans available to support your journey, however I aim to be flexible and we will always have a conversation around what would work best for you and the outcomes you're bringing.
If you’re curious about how coaching feels, you can start with a no obligation ad-hoc session, and afterwards, if you feel ready, we can discuss the best frequency for your sessions based on the level of transformation you need, your available time and where you are now.
