Welcome! My name is Claire Knight. I am a qualified Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and NLP Practitioner. I've studied and trained in an array of personal development & emotional wellbeing approaches and helping people move forward when they're feeling stuck, confused and anxious is my passion. I absolutely adore the brilliance and usefulness of Coaching, which I combine with other powerful tools and techniques, and a 'Mind, Body and Spirit' approach, to help my clients live life from a more empowered, authentic and happy place.
If you're reading this, you may be feeling stuck, anxious or stressed. You have a strong, persistent feeling that something just isn't right in your life. Perhaps you're at a crossroads, unsure how to move forward and you're just feeling more and more confused, frustrated and stuck. Your feelings are a call to action - they mean that some aspects of your life need to be explored, accepted, healed or changed. These aspects can be difficult to confront, but as I have witnessed and experienced, that confrontation leads to learning, growth, stepping into your authentic self and living life from your highest place of potential. I believe this is why we are here - to learn, grow, connect with others, feel comfortable with who we are and enjoy life fully! I offer you my warmth, empathy, professional skills, knowledge of the human condition, observations, experience and learnings. I also offer you my belief in you. I structure our sessions to help you find answers, solutions, insights and perspectives. I shine a light on who you really are, and I'm particularly interested in your strengths, qualities and what makes you, you. I help you use your gut and heart when your head is going around in circles. I am your advocate but will also gently challenge you and I may give you homework! I use science, psychology and spirituality together to bring you to the best possible place you can be in. I mentally hold your hand when issues feel painful and I get to witness your joy, lightness and power when you find ways to navigate the difficulties.
This beautiful (and often fun!) process happens in a confidential and peace-orientated space, either in person or remotely, which allows you to feel safe and energetically held. It enables you to be really honest with yourself about what is going on for you, and to find a way through the issues that are getting in the way of your happiness and full potential.
I coach many clients remotely on Zoom and see clients in my home office near Calne in Wiltshire.
My office is surrounded by beautiful countryside which provides a calming and nurturing environment in which to experience and deliver coaching.

Much of my coaching work involves working with you to overcome your fears. We identify them, face them, challenge them, allay, mitigate or manage them. The key thing is that we don't let them get in your way anymore!
