What is Hypnotherapy?


Hypnotherapy is a gentle, but powerful evidence-based approach that creates a heightened state of awareness and focused relaxation to access and positively influence your subconscious mind. In this beautifully relaxed and receptive state, we can address deep-seated beliefs and habits, facilitating lasting change. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, and you remain in control throughout.


Hypnotherapy can take place over Zoom (as long as you have a good internet connection) or in-person.
