I offer both standalone Hypnotherapy sessions and integrated Coaching/Hypnotherapy/Solution Focused therapy, depending on what will best support your goals.
You don’t need to figure out which approach is right for you – using my experience, I blend the approaches that best suit your challenges. My work draws from Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, coaching psychology and many more psychological models and approaches, tailored to you as an individual.
Sessions are available both online via Zoom and in person.
Where appropriate, you’ll receive a personalised recording to reinforce the work between sessions.
