My name is Claire Knight. I am a qualified Coach and Mindfulness Teacher with over 1,000 hours experience. I trained at a Coaching Centre of Excellence and I happily and continually study and research my crafts with further training and qualifications. Helping people move forward when they're feeling stuck, confused and anxious is my passion, and I absolutely adore the brilliance and usefulness of Coaching, which I combine with Mindfulness, a holistic approach and other therapeutic techniques, to help my clients live life from a more empowered and joyful place.
You may be feeling stuck, anxious or stressed. You have a niggling feeling that something just isn't right in your life. Perhaps you're at a crossroads, unsure how to move forward and just feeling more and more confused, frustrated and stuck. Your feelings are a call to action - they mean that some aspects of your life need to be explored, accepted, healed or changed. These aspects can be difficult to confront, but as I have witnessed and experienced, that confrontation leads to learning, growth, stepping into your authentic self and living life from your highest place of potential. I believe this is why we are here - to learn, grow, connect with others, feel comfortable with who we are and enjoy life fully! I offer you my warmth, empathy, coaching skills, knowledge of the human condition, experience and learnings. I also offer you my belief in you. I structure our sessions to help you find answers, solutions, insights and perspectives. I shine a light on who you really are, and I'm particularly interested in your strengths, qualities and what makes you, you. I join you on a journey of self-discovery! Together, we look at problems with objectivity and calm, and we find the solutions that are waiting to be found. We look at patterns of thinking and behaving that are not serving you and explore ways to break those and do things that work. I help you use your gut and heart when your head is going around in circles! I am your advocate but will also gently challenge you and I may give you homework! I use science and spirituality together to bring you to the best possible place you can be in. I mentally hold your hand when issues feel painful and I get to witness your joy, lightness and power when you find ways to navigate the difficulties.
This beautiful (and often fun!) process happens in a confidential and peace-orientated space, either in person or remotely, which allows you to feel safe and energetically held. It enables you to be really honest with yourself about what is going on for you, and to find a way through the issues that are getting in the way of your happiness and full potential.
I coach around half of my client base remotely on Zoom and the rest from my home office near Calne in Wiltshire. I also coach from Marlborough by prior arrangement.
My office is surrounded by beautiful countryside which provides a calming and nurturing environment in which to experience and deliver coaching.
