Often, clients will bring up that they would like to gain more courage to make difficult decisions, such as ending a relationship or making a career change. I will help you to unpick what good decision-making looks like for you, why this decision is coming up for you and calmly evaluate all options. I help you tap into your inner resources to help you make it in a conscious, wise and balanced way.
Finding your self-worth
We have a natural tendency to overlook our qualities and focus on our flaws. Often this appears as Imposter Syndrome, settling for less in a relationship or not living to our full potential. I help you reconnect with your strengths and your true essence, and carry the energy of your most empowered you, into challenging situations.
Overcoming Overwhelm
When we feel overwhelmed, it's hard to 'see the woods for the trees'. I incorporate Mindfulness and Guided Visualisations into sessions to help you take a moment, gain perspective and find strategies to prioritise and move forward.
See your relationships from a higher perspective
Relationships are probably one of the most challenging areas of personal growth. I help you to look at the dynamics of your relationships with others to recognise any repeating patterns and identify new behaviours and responses that could change the dynamics in positive ways.
Leaving a relationship
If you are wanting to leave a relationship, we explore the blocks around that (which are usually fear and guilt) and work each individual fear, modelling how you could have the difficult conversations and breaking down the steps to move forward. We work together to find heart-centred ways to end the relationship with integrity, courage, kindness and dignity.
Identify your true path
Many clients who come to see me are at a cross-roads in their lives and are caught between listening to logic and hearing a call from their inner wisdom to make a change and follow their true path. I help them connect with this calling and identify the specifics, whilst finding ways to manage some of the more practical issues associated with moving forward. I help them tap into their courage, strength and self-belief.
Overcoming Anxiety and 'brain fog'
Many people experience anxiety and/or 'brain fog'. Both can be defence systems when our psyche becomes overloaded with repeating thoughts, worries and fear. There are many tools we can use to tap into what is going on underneath and to release these patterns and shift focus away from fear to empowerment.
